The Partners
By combining financial strength, public sector leadership and design-led development, the partnership is focused on creating high-quality homes and sustainable communities where they are needed most.
Ferrous was acquired by the Impact&Places Partnership in March 2026. The project comprises a 107 home Built-to-Rent development in central Manchester. The development includes two pocket parks and a multi-purpose events facility. The project has planning consent and is expected to be completed in 2028.
